Red undersole Signature – the sole proprietor

In 1992 I incorporated the red sole into the design of my shoes. This happened by accident as I felt the shoes lacked energy so I applied red nail polish to the sole of a shoe. This was such a success that it became a permanent fixture…. The shiny red color of the soles has no function other than to identify to the public that the shoes are mine. I selected the color red because it is engaging, flirtatious, memorable, and the color of passion. It attracts men to the women who wear my shoes….

The Oprah Winfrey show featured Christian Louboutin and a collection of his shoes in a show dedicated to ‘the face behind the name’, Louboutins were on display around the set, with Oprah Winfrey describing the shoes as ‘pieces of art’.

I’ve watched this episode and was fascinated with the unique classy collections of this designer. There is no question of its elegant and expensive prices. Look at why I love his collection of shoes, and desire to get one for myself!  You know girls love shoes and though I don’t know how I can make my desire possible for the moment,  I just hope that when one day I can afford this brand, its still there in the market even it may take me century.
